Children's Craft - Water Colored Valentine Heart Garland

This post is for all my Mommy friends and the other half of Simply Inspired Sisters. We have alot of friends who are stay at home mom's and they are always looking for projects for the kiddies. I was a Pre-K Teacher for quite some times and my 4yr olds loved this craft.
If you do not have water color you can use food coloring. Works just the same and cut coffee filters into hearts.
